General Registration Information
• Registrations are accepted on first-come, first-served basis.
• You must register in a course at least three days before the class in order to attend the course.
• Course cancellations/changes may occur (see Cancellations / Changes Policy below).
• You will be contacted by phone or email if there is a problem processing your registration form, so please be sure to provide your daytime telephone number when you register.
Confirmation of Registration
• Step 5 serves as your confirmation of registration so please be sure to print that page. You will not receive any other form of confirmation.
• Duplicate confirmations will not be issued.
• If you have registered but did not receive a confirmation (either as Step 5 in the registration process or in My Courses) please re-register using your login. If the problem persists, contact CON*NECT.
Contact Information
• It is your responsibility to ensure that your contact information is up-to-date. CON*NECT or the Colleges do not accept responsibility for communications missed because of incorrect contact information.
Withdrawal Policy
• To withdraw from a module without academic penalty (i.e., a Did Not Attend on your academic transcript), you must withdraw officially three days before the class is held. To withdraw officially, you must go into My Courses and select Withdraw from the module you wish to withdraw from.
Cancellations/Changes Policy
• Every effort is made to make the decision to cancel a course no later than three business days prior to the course start date.
• Every effort is made to notify you of any cancellations or changes no later than two business day prior to the course start date. Please try to register no later than five business days prior to the course start date to ensure that there is adequate time for the College to notify you of any cancellations or changes.
• Be sure to include your home and business or cellular telephone numbers and your e-mail address on your registration form so that you can be reached in the event of any cancellations or changes.
The Colleges reserve the right to cancel or suspend courses, change dates, change start/end times, change instructors or limit enrolment. However, the Colleges make every effort to ensure the classes listed on this website are provided as scheduled.
